ORIGEN: La obra comenzó en 2007, en el lugar que ocupaban las antiguas escuelas de Tarna, que fueron derribadas en contra de los vecinos. INAUGURACIÓN: La Casa del Urogallo se inauguró vacía en 2010 y sin suministro eléctrico. Seis cargos políticos acudieron a hacerse la foto. SITUACIÓN ACTUAL: Cuatro años después, el complejo sigue cerrado y sin dotación.
La Casa Del Urogallo De Tarna European Union, EU, swindle case has much in common with endless of other European Union scams. The Islote de Fermina European Union scam at Arrecife on island of Lanzarote is another of the many typical EU swindles. After inauguration it became a slum with its articles stolen, including electrical wiring. It now serves as a drug addiction center for the old and youth.
